What is sleep? seriously? Can you eat it??

It's getting to that time of the year again, sleeping is something for the rich and famous, for us students, you  sneak in a power nap when ever you can:) ..

But non the less, keeping focused and working for success is goal no.1!! Keep hydrated and your nutrition levels where it should be, and also be VERY VERY careful of that oh so bad insulin spike!! The reason I say that is when ever something goes high very fast it comes down even faster and harder, leaving you worst off than what you were in.

If you find yourself burning the midnight oil, keep a cup of coffee close by, and please don't waste that "super drink" with sugar, remember the insulin levels! Keep it pure and it will work much better for you. Caffeine keeps your eyes hydrated so you won't get that burning/tired eyes feeling. Good luck to to ALL my fellow students for the exams... May the force be with you!!!!
